We’ve had some issues this year with focusing on our work instead of looking at what the other is doing, so Josh made me this nice divider that slides between the desks. It worked like a charm to keep little eyes on their own work.

I made a timeline for us to place some of our important events and people on. It helps the kids understand what happened when. I like to throw out questions like “Would Vincent Van Gogh have heard the hymn “Great is Thy Faithfulness in the church where he preached?” Then by looking at our timeline we can decide, “No! Great is Thy Faithfulness was not written until after he died!”
